A Chartered Accountant since 1991 Brad has had extensive experience in Corporate Finance as a Vice President and Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group with Deloitte & Touche Canada. He has also worked as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for a number of public companies.

Position: Vice President Corporate Development
David Jones is a senior corporate executive active in the mining industry since 1977 with substantial experience in the financial and technical management of projects including operating mines, advanced development projects and exploration. David held positions as geophysicist for several Canadian mining companies and spent most of his career at MPH Consulting, a large multi-national consulting company to the minerals industry, where he became President and a major shareholder.

Position: Exploration Manager
An economic geologist with over 30 years of diversified experience, Mr. Coates worked for major international mining companies in Canada and Australia during the first half of his career. Howard joined MPH in 1984 and is currently a principal and Vice President of that company. At MPH he has been involved in the management of base metal, gold and diamond exploration programs in Canada and abroad. He has prepared or assisted with many independent technical and valuation reports, property evaluations, prefeasibility and feasibility studies on mining properties worldwide. He has also conducted reserve/resource estimations and audits for gold, base metals, coal, industrial minerals and tailings deposits. In terms of Ni-Cu-Co-PGE and gold related experience, Mr. Coates has worked on many projects throughout the world ranging from the early stages of exploration to active mining operations.

Position: Director
Ian has over 30 years experience in worldwide mining and exploration management including increasingly senior positions during a 17-year employment with Noranda and then Hemlo Mines where he became Senior Vice President. Recently as Senior Vice-President Operations & Exploration with Battle Mountain Gold he was responsible for four operating mines and two development projects. Ian has contributed directly to the discovery of several major mineral deposits.

Position: Director
Mr. Hamilton has 7 years of capital markets experience as a research analyst, most recently as Senior Analyst and Director, Global Precious Metals Research for RBC Capital Markets until December 2004. Prior to his experience as a research analyst, Mr. Hamilton spent 14 years in the resource industry acquiring experience in international exploration and development roles.
Mr. Hamilton holds a M.Sc. (Applied) degree in Mineral Exploration, is registered as a Professional Geologist (P.Geo.) and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).
